Bachelors of Science Biology from Eastern Washington University in 2007. Bachelors in Business Administration from Walla Walla University in 1995.Member of American Veterinary Medical Association, member of American Animal Hospital Association.
Owns Pumpkin, her orange tabby cat.
Hobbies include music (piano and singing), outdoor photography, making greeting cards, exploring waterfalls and travel.
She has a special interest in cardiology, pet behavior, alternative medicines, and veterinary missions. Has been to Haiti, Honduras, and Apache & Navajo reservations on previous missions with Christian Veterinary Missions.

Resides in La Porte with wife Lyndsay , also a Veterinarian, and an extended four-legged family including two dogs, two cats, two fish, two goats, one ferret, and one miniature horse. The youngest are the fish of less than a year Ping and Pong. The oldest is their chihuahua Laddyn, who is 16.
He is a die-hard Miami Dolphins fan, avid gamer and card player, movie buff, and traveler. He loves to cook, sample cuisine from other cultures, and will happily try anything once.
