Tails for the Curb

While we are committed to providing your pet the same excellent care we always have, our process temporarily looks a little different.  We've provided this page to communicate some important information, answer common questions, and provide some curbside related resources.

What to expect

  1. When you arrive, text or call our office at 219-872-4191 to let us know you've arrived and what parking spot you're in.

  2. A nurse will call to ask questions, reviewing your pet's history and potential concerns.

  3. A staff member will come out to retrieve your pet and bring him/her directly into an exam room.

  4. Our veterinarian will perform the same complete exam they always have then call you with any findings and discuss questions you may have.


  • Because of this "less than ideal" format, try to write out your question ahead of time so you don't forget.  Not being in the exam room makes it difficult to remember questions in the moment.

  • Be prepared for the visit to take a bit longer than normal.

  • Don't forget food, preventatives, and treats while you're here!

Payment is due on the day of service.  We do not provide in-house payment plans.  We accept cash, approved checks, and all major credit cards.  We also offer the following third party providers for payment plans:
