Tails for the Curb

While we are committed to providing your pet the same excellent care we always have, our process temporarily looks a little different.  We've provided this page to communicate some important information, answer common questions, and provide some curbside related resources.

What to expect

We've opened our lobby back up, however we will still provide curbside services if that is your preference. Just tell our receptionist when you call or text.
Our pharmacy is now accessible from our lobby, so if you're coming in to pickup a medication, go to the pharmacy window.  
​For curbside appointments with a doctor or nurse
  • When you arrive, text or call our office at 219-872-4191 to let us know you've arrived and what parking spot you're in.

  • A staff member will come out to escort you and your pet directly into an exam room.  You may optionally remain in your car and we can call you to review findings.

 
For curbside drop off or pickup services
  • Please remain in your call and text/call us at 219-872-4191 with your parking space number.  We will come out to your car to retrieve your pet or bring out medications/food.

Payment is due on the day of service.  We do not provide in-house payment plans.  We accept cash, approved checks, and all major credit cards.  We also offer the following third party providers for payment plans:
