Vet Tech Externships
Looking for a practice to complete your externship? We regularly accept veterinary technician externs and even have onsite housing available. Please fill our our externship application to apply.
Handles all the calls, emails, and texts message interactions with our clients. Responsible for providing clients with product and service information, scheduling appointments. Detail oriented multitasking to time visits and take clear messages.
Meet with the client to review the pet’s history, then assist the doctor during the exam by collecting samples, preparing lab work, and record keeping. No experience is needed as we train the skills required on the job.
Provide a comfortable, clean environment and timely feeding, walks, and litter changes. You will spend most of the day on your feet. It is hard work. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate well with a team but enjoy working independently.
We have an excellent, collaborative team, offering a supportive work environment to further develop your skills and expand your experience. While we’re not technically an emergency clinic, we will see our client’s for any emergencies throughout the day.
